I ordered a hazelnut macchiato not knowing the swirl flavor had been discontinued. I was given a macchiato with the shot... version, not the sweet swirl flavor. It was disgusting. I went back in where they let me know the swirl had been discontinuedand offered to make me a new drink with a different flavor and even gave me a bigger size! Read more
This Dunkin is literally across the street from me & by far the worst one I have been to. I love Dunkin?s coffee so I drink it... everyday. But every single time I have gone to get coffee from here, the coffee tastes awful & they always get my food orderwrong. They definitely need a new staff because they are not it! I have to drive further out from my house to a different Dunkinbecause I refuse to go back there, that?s how terrible it is. Read more
Seriously, every single time I come here the lady in the drive thru always has an attitude. Maybe they aren?t having a good... morning, but that?s not reason to take it out on your customers. On top of that, they always somehow get your order wrong.You?ll ask for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and somehow you get a bagel with cream cheese yet are being up charged forthe jelly. I would advise to NOT come here. Take the extra 2 minutes and drive down the street to the other Dunkin location. Read more
They have good variety of donuts. The staff is courteous. I ordered the dragonfruit strawberry drink and also the pineapple... drink. Apparently, these drinks have 2 options , one is mixed with iced tea and the other option is the based on lemonadewhich i didn't know and the server didn't ask me. Unfortunately, she gave me the iced tea version which left a bad after tasteand i didn't like it. Read more
