It was a nice sunny day, and we wanted to get out for a beer and some lunch. My wife usually does the research and picks where... we go, but I decided to look for something close, with good food and more than IPAs. Ono Brewery/Odd BBQ popped up. We'd beenthere before and had a good impression. I got their beef bacon and cheddar sandwich. My wife got the St. Louis spare rib plate.The sandwich was colossal, and the ribs meaty, smoked and seasoned well. I had a side if their traditional slaw. She had bakedbeans and seasoned rice. The beans were good, with a seasoning I couldn't quite get. Maybe nutmeg? Wasn't thrilled with therice, but it was ok. Would be happy to return. Read more
Food and service is good. Unclear if the brewery inside the place is co-owned/ collab or it's own business. The issue is it's a... tight place and indoor seating is limited when many are drinking. There is outdoor seating (need nice weather though). Read more
Amazing experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the beer paired with it so well! Plus... you pour your own and pay by the oz. I thought that was a really cool concept! Truly enjoyed my time there and will bereturning. Read more
Food was delicious. Accidentally bit my pull pork sandwich without adding bbq sauce and good god it was savory delicious and... then even better with the sauce. Self serve beer. There are two tables to order at, one for food and the other food drinkcard. There aren't too many options but theyre a distillery and its theirs so thats cool. Service/staff was nice and offeredsuggestions. Restrooms were clean. Plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The location is a little tricky to find as its in abusiness park area. I visited on a Wednesday evening to experience what I read in online reviews. Finding this place does take some concentration,... as this eatery lives at the back of an office building. The out-of-the-way spot can certainly be an advantage with quietersurroundings and ample parking especially at non-peak times or after typical office hours. The interior has an interestingL-shaped layout with the longer part of the L housing both a brewery and eatery. My ordering experience was handled by Laura andone of the most personable ones in recent memory. Laura combined a welcoming energy with a knowledge of the menu and helpfulnessfor a first-time patron that I hope every visitor gets to experience. Food was prepared within ten minutes of finalizing myselections, and I was apprised every few minutes how my ticket was progressing. The service was memorably outstanding. Isettled on a few items to takeaway: a chicken thigh biscuit, a beef-au-week sandwich that looked great in pictures, and a pulledpork platter with potato salad and baked beans. The biscuit has a definitive cheddar flavor that when combined with the wellcooked and seasoned chicken and house pickle chips was a great way to start. The beef-au-wreck sandwich was in my mind evenbetter than the delicious biscuit. The meat was well portioned, tender, sliced super thin, and of course well flavored. Thecaraway seed roll was so the perfect accompaniment for me that I may suggest any other versions use the same bread. The au juswas only slightly salty to be expected. Overall a great sandwich I would totally have again. The pulled pork for some reasonstruck me as salty to the point where I finished about two-thirds. The texture and color look inviting, so I am going to chalkmy assessment to not having a beverage alongside and/or eating two items beforehand that made more salt standout more.
