Worst experience ever, they made us wait for 45 min just to get a table. When we finally got a table, it took an hour to clean... it and another 30 minutes to get the food, we didn’t have drinks or utensils, when we told them about that, it took 20 moreminutes. We had to constantly approach the counter to get the sauces, bill, containers. I understand you guys are super busy butyou should have enough staff to deliver a good service, we are paying for the food and service because tip is included, we’vebeen super patient but it’s not fair for people that wanna come here to know what yo expect. Will not be returning. After eating at this restaurant for a year, never have I been charged for a "service charge". After... asking what it's for, I got attitude from both servers. The manager informed me this is something servers do to "ensure" theirtip and that it started two-three weeks ago. Every time I eat here I tip 20%, cash. But to be forced a tip and not even be kindenough to explain what it is on the bill, I'd rather eat somewhere else. Read more
