This place is way overpriced for gas station mediocre inconsistent chicken. The chicken that I purchased today was not fresh. ... It was cold and dry. I expect much better quality for 37.99 for just 12 pieces of chicken. Management must do a better jobwith quality control. The fries were also terrible. They were hard as rocks. Theres been quite a few times we've had issues with the Chantilly location. At night the employees here treat customers as an... inconvenience. Garbage station. Their vacuum is broken and still takes $. No "out of order" sign anywhere and I went into the store to... complain. Typical response was it's not our machine and not are problem. Ok, it was only $1.75 in quarters but have a F-insign out there and the cashier say, it's not our machine and not own by them. Such a terrible customer service. Read more
