Incredibly slow service x 2 visits. We?ve had to ask for a refund the wait has been so long for the simplest items.

Stood at the register (needed assistance with something from behind the counter) and no cashier came to assist. A lady working... food service yelled for "Sherry" to more work worky, less talky talky". Still, no cashier. A minute or so goes by and "Sherry"is still in conversation with someone and the lady from food service yells again. Still, Sherry continues chatting with the man.I left check out and walked by "Sherry" and said Customer is now leaving. Also called her a lazy B****. It's 5:20am.
