Unprofessional, made a order for delivery and they called me stating that won?t deliver for me and I?ve to cancel the order. I... told them they?ll have to do it since they?re the ones that can?t make it and the manager hung up the phone on me? avoid itsince there is better places around. Read more
The worst food I?ve ever had. I ordered Pad Thai with chicken, and it was just plain, like they didn?t put any seasoning in.... The chicken was uneatable, it tasted like they boiled for literally 3 minutes and put it in my plate. Horrible food, terriblecustomer service, and on top of it, the place itself is very dirty. Food is fine but the girl works at service asking for tip that we know what we have to do and sometimes tried to flirt with... customer which is an action that should not have happened neither unprofessional nor unacceptable. Read more
In advance?I will say that the taste of the food was a 7/10 (good). However, I ordered online and the order arrived 50mn later... despite being located very close by. The entrees were $24 each and were pretty small considering. When I called to express mydissatisfaction, there was a back-and-forth trying to locate my order and I was ultimately hung up on.
