The was good, but a little over price. Blue Heron’s ordering process should have been explained by the hostess as soon as we... were seated. The ordering process is easy to use but if you never been there, how would you know what to do? The hostess shouldhave greeted us and asked “have you ever dinned here before?” If not we have guest use the toast app to order their food. Read more
We have eaten here in years past and it has always been wonderful. We’ve been here twice within the last month and both times... have been absolutely awful. The new ordering system creates a situation where you get absolutely no service. And then tonight,they were out of everything (which was fine, we understand supply chain issues) but we were not told about that until we hadbeen at our table with our two small children for over an hour. And we were only informed of the issue because something we hadordered was no longer available. We were there for almost 1.5 hours before our food came out. No one refilled our waters or evencame to apologize for the wait. It was genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. We will only considergoing back if they get rid of the ordering system and have some real service. Read more
We had a great experience at The Blue Heron. Everything we had was delicious! Get the calamari with the peppers! So good! The... brussel sprouts are devine!
