These people are not friendly or welcoming at all. Tracy's (the server) service was despicable!! She has a very nasty, horrible,... ridiculous attitude. They are not welcoming at all!!! I couldn't wait to leave. If I could give them a 0 I would. I am SO GLAD Ididn't bring my family here but went alone. My husband and I thought about coming here a while ago, and I'm glad we didn't. Iwouldn't want to subject him or anyone I love to the low quality of customer care I received. Tracy needs better training. Basedon her service, she lacks professionalism and needs an attitude adjustment. The food was not great either as the rice was hardand clumpy. Don't expect anything other than weird looks, ok food, and horrible service, especially if you get Tracy. A betterplace with great sushi and quality customer care is Sumo Fusion if you want great sushi and a professional and kindserver...definitely no Tracy there. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. The food was way too greasy, it sat in a pool of grease in the bowl. The shrimp were... very overcooked. The water they make the hot tea in tastes like dish water and my husband found metal in his food. We will notbe going back! Read more
Sushi was mediocre at best. I ordered a green dragon roll and a California roll. Prices seemed fair but the portions were on the... small side. I paid around $16 for both. Both rolls were lacking. The dragon roll had almost no eel sauce. That?s what sets aneel roll apart. The California roll was plain cut imitation crab leg. I prefer the chopped with Japanese mayo type. Everythingwas very bland. Even the rice seemed liked it had no sushi vinegar. Service was good enough and took less than 10 minutes and itwas made fresh right in front of me. It honestly tasted like supermarket sushi. I won?t be returning for sushi. Read more

My favorite spot to eat in Charles Town! Everything I have tried from here is amazing! The hibachi lunch special is the best... money spent for lunch. Fast food is almost the same price (for a drink, fries, and sandwich) but the quality of food at Ginza issuperior, no question. The sushi is always fresh and yummy ???? and they don't skimp on the ginger either. Eating in person isalways a treat too. The chefs are very nice and respectful. I love eating here everytime. The staff and owner are so nice, andtheir online ordering system is so easy. Read more
