The manager mandy was very rude they need better management
Management is not very flexible. They don't provide an opportunity to explain events when conflict or mistakes arise. It's... unfortunate, it explains the HIGH turnover rate at this Subway in Charles Town WV. I think the District Manager Ashley couldbenefit from leadership and people skills courses. Read more
The veggies (especially the lettuce which I did want but didnt get) were in very bad condition. Not fresh AT ALL. Lettuce was... brown, tomatoes were mushy, spinach looked awful...and each veggie container had other stuff in it. If you were allergic tosomething, I wouldnt get any of it. It was a mess, you might be in trouble. I asked for extra toasted and my subs were barelytoasted! It was depressing, I was looking forward to my BMT. Read more
