Pizza was delicious! Best thin crust. I liked that the sauce and crust were vegan so I could get just veggies as my toppings... and still be vegan compliant. But everything looked great. My family and friends ate the pizza, pasta and breadsticks. Spoton! Service was excellent. Read more

Stuffed pizza is as much science as it is art. Each slice has to hold up like cake if you want to eat it with your hands, but... still be able to be cut easily if you want to eat it with a knife and fork. Windy City Pizza achieves this balance with theirstuffed pizza, whereas many other restaurants in the area who attempt stuffed pizza present you with something that tends to beon the soggy side. As for the actual taste, it's similar to Giordano's but tastes fresher. The crust is not quite as snappy,but the cheese-to-sauce mouth feel is spot on. The sauce itself is perfectly balanced. Windy City Pizza is a mom and popoperation and it feels like a labor of love. The staff is very friendly yet professional. They've recently expanded theirdine-in area and it definitely feels like a place you'd find in Chicago in the 80s. But much cleaner. Read more

I had been wanting a Chicago style stuffed pizza. Loved them when in Chicago. However, this one seemed to not be properly... cooked. There was a layer of uncooked doughey crust before the toppings. You could pull it out with your fingers and make asticky ball. I showed this to young waiter. He checked with the kitchen and they said that was the glutten! Sorry but I won't beback. I paid the bill (no offer to appease us) and tipped. Took all but the slice we ate home and finished it in my oven. It wasgood - except for the above. Read more
