Staff was very nice and personable. My food was tasty and was fast to receive after ordering.
I visited the location inside of Citadel Mall on Saturday and surprisingly my experience was horrible. I ordered 2 eight count... meals and my food was old as if it was sitting. So I returned it in order to be remade and it seemed like the fries were placedback into the grease again. I was frustrated and requested a refund. Chick-fil-a typically goes above and beyond for theircustomers,but I guess that depends on the location. Read more
