Called 2 make sure that my order was correct @9:30 am 2 find out that my order was sent 2 the summerville store and nobody knew... why was told that a manager would call me back or i needed 2 call back in 1 hour after waiting 35 minutes on the phone. Calledback because no one calles me 2 be told that they still dont know why my order was sent 2 summerville instead of charleston. Soknow i have 2 go 2 summerville store e pick up. Called 3rd time got someone in the store i asked if it could be delivered nowinstead of pickup because now they found my order and it was at the west ashley store and now delivery would cost me more afterme leaving 2 go 2 summerville store. The person put my order number in wrong is what i was told manager was rude this was myfirst time ordering and will never again. Amazing delivery. Elizabeth, who was delivering an edible arrangement to my house, didn?t want to leave my chocolate and fruit... out in the heat for me to find ruined after I got home from work hours later. She not only tracked me down and delivered myedible arrangement to the other side of Charleston, but also saved another perishable package (it was my birthday) that was lefton my porch by a different driver. Called at 4:30 asked if there was any fruit left over by chance. Unfortunately some family dropped the ball for grandmas... birthday. Luckily as late in the evening as it was. I called last minute to have a delivery that day as I am out of state and my daughter who is living in Charleston was having a... bad day/week. Not only did they deliver but my daughter called to tell me how nice they were. They took the time to ask herhow she was and talk with her.
