If you notice, any review above 2 stars is most likely from over a year ago. The food here isn?t bad, if it were just the food... I?d give 4 stars. But the workers are some of the worst I?ve ever experienced. They always yell at you, they close an hourearly, cut their menu short THREE hours before they close and say they can only make plain bagels with cream cheese WHILEputting the other ingredients away. Just visited today, and I ordered a bagel with chips and a drink. Then, I proceeded to grab my chips after I had paid for my... meal. The cashier tells me that I need to let her know beforehand if I want chips. I had let her know that I wanted chips beforeI had even paid. She then proceeds to yell and talk rudely about me in front of the entire store that is filled with numerouscollege students. I would heavily consider visiting another place for bagels unless you?re looking to be publicly embarrassed byincompetent workers. CofC, you can do better than this. Read more
