We have passed this restaurant many times without stopping but tonight we celebrated some birthdays there with grandkids. Nice... shaded outdoor area with a bar and picnic tables. We had inside dining at a large corner table that was comfortable for a largegroup. Service was terrific and the food was an interesting cross of Caribbean and Mexican. The menu was not extensive but therewas something there for everyone, including vegetarians. Portions were good sized and attractively plated. Reasonable wine andbeer offerings and while the place was pretty full it was not overly loud. Some parking on site and there was plenty of streetparking. We were visiting from out of town and there were 6 of us. Bianca was our server and she was awesome!!!! She took our order and... remembered every detail. She was extremely attentive and made great food/drink recommendations. This place is so cool. Great vibe, excellent dog friendly patio with loads of fans. The staff is awesome; Madeline our server... was the best. Stopped here for lunch. Started out with nachos. The boys had burgers and fries. My husband had a burger and tried the... plantains. He didn't care for the plantains...but he is kind of a picky eater. I had a Jerk chicken salad. Was very good.Jackwas our waitor...he did a very nice job and was attentive.
