We dined in. Fresh, healthy and fast service. We love it, I wish they have one in Houston Tx.

Great customer service and the atmosphere is small but intimate with a few booths. Food was really good. I got a falafel pita.... Falafel was a little mushy. And my feta fries were a bit overcooked but all in all, our food was very tasty. Read more

Please think twice if you?re looking to work here or eat here. Not true Mediterranean food at all; fake falafel is my favorite.... This specific location follows less than half of DHEC and ECOSURE rules. They pass because of long term relationship betweenowners and DHEC. Food at this location is over ordered, over prepped with tons of dates/labels missing. In my 2 weeks oftraining I had multiple guests tell me of sour taste. What gets even better? As I?m discussing with what would?ve been mymanagement team (only one guy) about some things I was going to do in order to create order, safety standards, health standards, etc. I was let go ?for cutting my hand?. I have been in the restaurant industry for 10 years and have never seen someone let gowithin a month of being hired for a knife issue. Even other GMs I spoke to laughed at the premature decision. Like I said, justbe careful, 1-If you?re looking to work there, the ?we?re family and have had guys working for us for years? play is falsesecurity. They are trying to grow into a huge chain with the backing of a silent partner in St. Louis while not following basicrestaurant guidelines that protect guests. And we got several compliments from the truck drivers about our store compared to theother Kairos. 2-If you?re eating there. Looks clean. Everything isn?t old. But 40+ cases of chicken in the cooler at all times????? Tatzhiki made it double, triple, quadruple batches; that?s why it?s sour sometimes. Not real Mediterranean/Greek recipes. Read more

Normally I love Kairos and have never had any issue at this location, until now. I feel the need to write this review because... last time I ate there, they apparently were using old oil to cook the fries, and I woke up at 3am the following morningregurgitating them. This has never happened before, please have the staff be more mindful of it. Read more

Ordered the Kairos Bowl w/Spicy Harissa Chicken via Uber Eats due to injury. Normally love Kairos and was looking forward to a... delicious dinner. When my order arrived it was only about half there. Missing the Spicy Harissa Chicken. but not only the alsothe Grilled Onions, Tabbouli, Spicy Harissa, & Tzatziki. So upsetting and disappointing when you pay so much for something andexpect it to be as order. If I wasn't in horrible pain I would have taken it back to the restarant and complained inperson. Update: I emailed the company about the situtation and they called within an hour offering an apology and to remake theorder. Read more
