Poor services. The girl who hosted us said she is tired don't want to be here. Super rude while taking the order. They didn't... have the wines on the drink list that I ordered so I asked what kinda wine do you have tonight. She rolled her eyes and yelled "just tell me what do you want." And she addressed us with the wine we ordered. Even though the food was not totally disgustingbut I will never go back there because how we been treated. Read more

We ordered take out and one of the entrees was not prepared as requested though the receipt reflected our request. Ok things... happen, so we called back and requested another order to be prepared as originally requested. We waited 10 minutes and went backto pick it up again only to find that after 20 minutes the redo had not been started despite the request over thephone. Restaurant was half full so don?t understand why it hadn?t started after the customer had to drive back to pick up it upafter the order was wrong. So we waited another 15 minutes only to have the order come out wrong again. All we were asking forwas the spicy marinara be used in place of the creamy vodka sauce. The restaurant asked to redo a third time explaining the cookdidn?t understand however not offering an apology or some compensation for the customer?s time. I was really excited to try out this restaurant, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations! When I walked in, it was... completely empty but they refused to seat me because they said they had a reservation and that if I wanted to eat I would haveto sit at the bar! I didn?t understand how I couldn?t sit down at a table in an empty restaurant! I went to the bar and the bartender was very nice and was promptly to my order! I received my order In about 20 minutes! The food was poor quality! It had noflavor! My bill was 30 dollars with 5 dollar quality! There are way better Italian restaurants in the Charleston area where youcan pay the same price and get the service, more favorable food, and experience! I got a to go order, just some soup for my boyfriend who was feeling under the weather. The staff were so kind and told me to... sit wherever I'd like while I was waiting and even offered if I'd like water or something to drink before the food was ready.They put my soup and a to go cup so it would be easier for me to transport it (just put it in the cup holder, so no spills) andeven gave me fresh bread and well wishes that my boyfriend get well soon.
