Like i just dont get it, how hard is it to ask what i ordered. I cant count how many times i have gotten someone else food. Like... your only job at the second window is get the food right. I literally repeated my order six times. I guess she thought I was speaking a foreign language or something. Idk. I didn't even... receive the correct order. I wanted the new Cactus Plant Flea Market meal (AKA adult happy meal) with a big Mac. I got some Carstoy that wasn't even the one that was supposed to come with the CPFM meal. I definitely will not be returning to this location ever. It took 10 min for anyone to acknowledge us to take our order. Both... computers for ordering are broken. The air isn?t on and it was at least 90° who can actually eat in a hot building like that.The employees were standing at the entrance door smoking and their cigarette smoke filled the whole place while we were therewaiting for almost 10 min for someone to take our order while they stand there smoking and laughing. I asked a manager if shecould ask them to stop because the cigarette smoke was so strong and her response was at least they aren?t smoking inside andwalked off saying there?s no law against smoking. The cashier rang me up extra for a drink I tried to get either the drink orthe money back and she told me I didn?t know how to read the receipt and she did it right. Then another employee handed me andextra cup I asked her why and she said my receipt showed that many drinks. So I was right. The level of pure disregard forcustomers is very evident in everything they do. I?d suggest a different location if you just have to have McDonalds. I knowI?ll never be back. Read more

I'm sure food, service, etc is good at this location. One thing I appreciate about McDonald's is their incredible consistency... such that no matter which location you visit you know exactly what to expect.
