Courtney that was working at 4:30 at the front on 11/1 was extremely rude. Didn?t look up from her phone to ask if I needed... help. When I ask for instructions on how to put for the lotto she just looked at me (I don?t normally pay). As someone thatworks in a gas station that sells lotto tickets she should be more knowledgeable. I?ve never had issues before today at the gasstation for other services (food, gas etc). Usually everyone is super nice. Was not expecting this level of attitude and poorservice. I left so frustrated that I didn?t buy tickets and told her she was being rude. Won?t stop here again for lottotickets, especially if she continues to work there. Read more

They close at 11pm and 30mins before closing they put up a sign that the bathrooms were out of order. It's only two gas stations... in the town. But the next morning at 6am they were miraculously fixed! The employees didn't want to clean the bathroom, becausewho has a business and only on the nightshift the bathrooms are out of order!?! The LGBT culture is strong here and you couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful staff! The huge store is spotless and the... employees clearly take pride in their work. Mt Pleasant Refuel employees should take a lesson on how a proper store should berun. They were once great, but have gone downhill. This store will be my go-to from now on! Read more
