I have lived in Charlestown for over 35 years. This used to be a good place to order food but not lately. I have had numerous... bad experiences lately. Tonight I placed an order for 2 hamburgers and a Philly steak for delivery. The order was placed at 5, Iwas told it would be 45 minutes. The driver showed up at 7. The food is cold, the French fries are soggy, the lettuce is blackand wilted. This is my last order form them and I live a half mile away. Read more
Terrible Turkey grinders are not supposed to be hot ever! Making 4 to 5 grinders and putting in oven all together on same pizza... platter not smart. Then giving a soggy nasty grinder with sauce all over the soggy bread. Which I did not order sauce on breadon a turkey grinder. Where is the quality control??? 12 dollars I'm extremely disappointed. Cumberland farms next door has muchbetter quality control and better food. Read more
I buy pizza or a sandwich here often with good results. Not tonight. Meat lovers pizza had very few pieces of pepperoni on it.... And I did not find any other meats on the pie. There was 3 pieces of bone about the size of peas on one of the slices I had. Thetomato sauce was about 2-3 times thicker then usual. And the crust was awful. I've been coming here for roughly 20 years, it used to be a consistently good place to get pizza. As of the past few years,... getting a pizza at this place has become a game of roulette. I know this as I've been getting the exact same pizza for at least15 years. Always the same, Thunderbird with extra thick crust and blue cheese on the side. The attached photo is of our mostrecent (and honistly last) order; not only does it have a strip of dangerously uncooked dough in the center but its also clearlya not thick crust pizza. They also forgot one of the appetizers, of which we had to come back to get. Thankfully they refundedus for the pizza, and we were able to eat some after cooking it a bit longer. Had this experience been a one-off, I'd say someof the pizza choices are worth it; since this was the umpteenth time we've had uncercooked pizza or no thick crust or no sauce,I think I need to move on. I'm giving two stars due to the great staff and the fact that at some point in time, someone thatworked here made a fantastic pizza that I'd like to eat. Read more
