Try the ham and cheese croissant! I was in the Charlotte airport and my next flight was in the E gate area. I checked the dining... options and walked past many other places to see what Brioche Doree was about (never heard of it). I was pleasantly surprised!My croissant was light, crispy, and delicious! The lunchmeat and cheese was FRESH. Only thing I'd say is there was stone groundmustard inside the sandwich and I didn't know it until I bit in. (it was delicious too though!) The woman behind the counterworked tirelessly and took care of many customers gracefully (this was a Thursday around 3pm). She offered to toast my sandwichand I declined, but next time I'll try it AND the coffee (and take a pastry to go!). Read more
