Who ever was suppose to open today was late, didn?t arrive until 9:03 and as of 9:10 door is still locked. Three customers have... came and gone. Good work is hard to find these days but the Manager should be here to open if the staff is not the right personfor the job. Read more

I went and grabbed a smoothie this morning. Rachel was the only working. She literally cranked out those smoothies like there... was a team of people with her. She apologized for the delay as there was 3 other people in the store. I advised that it was okand to take her time as I understood. Because I waited Rachel comp?d my smoothie. It was a very good experience. There was some sort of error with the order (honestly not sure if it was my fault or not) but the... staff took care of it without question and very quickly. With the prices so high, I would expect great service but no. The workers was no help. They only could tell me the names of the... product. Wouldn?t tell me what was in them but only could say the name was red and yellow lol. I witnessed a potential customerwalk right out the store. But anyways $13 for an açaí bowl with no fresh fruit and powdered dragon fruit is crazy to me but Ineeded some fruit in my life so I spent $50 and not to happy with it.
