Really good pizza. The crust was so good!! And the salad was really delicious. Quick service. Large place.
Visited here for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I must say the wood-fired pizza is absolutely delicious. The toppings are... full of flavor. Visited during late afternoon and it wasn't too busy at the time so that was great. The owner even came out toour table to socialize with us. Very nice guy. The employees are also very friendly. The pizza we ordered was a small size extra cheese. First impression of the sauce and cheese were good however overwhelmingly... very garlic tasting and lasts all night. The dough was very doughy - no crisp We had this pizza to go but opened the box priorto leaving the restaurant and it was a soup center. The pizza was under cooked. My advice if you like your pizza with a crispand more of a non soupy center ask for well done. Maybe that will help. Read more
This pizza was by far the best we?ve had in Charlotte! We come from a town in the Northeast where pizza is everything. It is a... thin crust pizza with ingredients that have a very robust flavor. The pizza crust holds up well against the delicious sauce andcheese. Highly Recommend to anyone looking for quality, New York style pizza. The employees at this location we?re also topnotch.
