Okay so I thought I just had bad luck at this place but after reading the reviews( which I usually do first) I see that this... location is consistent with giving terrible customer service and food. I went there on Wednesday- mobile order- I even arrivedlater than my pick up time and my food wasn?t ready nor even in the oven. The young guy that works there is VERY sarcastic andcondescending! When I told him I didn?t have time to wait another 15 mins because I have to be back to work. He gave me a blankstare and shrugged ? okay I?ll cancel it? so I starved for the rest of my workday. I went again on Thursday and this time myorder was ready on time but he literally gave me ONE CUP of penne with sauce, dry spinach , and raw mushrooms and it was burnt???? Placed 3 online delivery orders only for all three to be canceled. Then decided to place a pick up order incase there are no... drivers. minutes into waiting they call and tell me they cant make my order because they are cleaning the oven. why are youcleaning the oven when your still open for business. We order Pizza pretty often. Sometimes they make it great and other times there are a couple of issues. I always order extra... sauce and Sometimes there is no sauce at all. Then Sometimes they don't cut the pizza good. I've spoken to the Manager and toldhim the issues and since then it's been good. Thanks for making our dinner. Read more
Ordered 2 Italian pastas. When received one of then was nothing but liquid. No noodles or sausage. We called for a replacement... but all of a sudden I was told it would be a 4 hour wait although the website said a 26 minute wait. Read more
