2nd update (moving down from 5 to 4 stars): Unfortunately things are trending down as online ordering either is not working or... the requested times are not close to what is requested. Staff seems disengaged and no lack of urgency even when line is backingup. I left for the 2nd time after waiting for 15 minutes and line not moving. I love the donuts but I don't have 20+ minutes inthe morning to get a donut. Update: 1st visit this morning and the donuts were amazing. Had our 1st Duck Donuts 2 years ago inFL and have been looking forward to the open since we moved here last September. Congratulations on the open. Past: No idea whypeople submit a 3 star review for a biz that is not even open??? Submitting this as a 3 star review makes an unopened biz lookbad. Take it down and get a grip. No I do not own this biz, but I do enjoy Duck Donuts and like many others are looking forwardto when it opens. Read more

The donuts are delicious but the service (like many places with an inexperienced, young workforce) is subpar at best. I was so... excited about trying this place, and the donuts were great but the worker was rude and indifferent about providing a greatexperience and customer service. The crazy part is she was training another worker, they were two young females, the onetraining the new employees was gossiping, and sputtering nonsense about something she doesn?t like about the job. She wastalking way too much to be preparing food. Every time she spoke I saw spit fly out of her mouth. I politely had to ask her canyou please stop gossiping and prepare my order. She had an attitude afterward but I did not order donuts with a side of spit.This is another great restaurant concept that should do well, but with terrible service it will sadly be subpar. Hire people whowant to work and provide a great experience for the customer. Read more
