Poor customer service on the drive thru , I asked for my receipt , had my hand out and she dropped the dirty paper in the bag... on top of my bagels. Get people who actually enjoy working for your company. Every time I come to this establishment theattitudes are disgusting. Some angry people working at your establishment. It?s sad that the owner is the only person capable ofgood customer service. What?s the point of good bagels with you don?t have awesome people to serve it. It cheapens yourcustomer?s experience. Take some pointers from Bagel Bin, they have far better customer experience. They don?t even have theconvenience of a drive thru window. SMH. Read more
Definitely didn?t get my moneys worth. Small pieces of salmon, like come on? Is there not certain amount your suppose to put on... the bagel. Very sloppily put together. Came in here on Sunday 10/30/2022 and waited 30 minutes for 2 bagels only for the manager to say they couldn?t find our order.... She then said we still had 8-10 orders in front of us. Manager then realized our order was sitting on the counter the entiretime and they forgot to call our name. No apology and tried to blame us for not ?hearing? them call our order out meanwhile wewere RIGHT in front of the counter the whole time waiting and no names or orders were called. Took the refund and left. Notwaiting 30 minutes for cold bagels without any sense of responsibility from the manager or staff. Read more
