For $56 per seat I have fairly high expectations. The filet was overcooked and flavorless. The sirloin was downright tough! ... I'd say their salad bar was fantastic, but I didn't pay $200+ for salad. Ribs were tough and flavorless. And we don't drinkalcohol, which seemed to upset the staff. Speaking of the staff, is it normal to hire street rats who can't orate usingbusiness appropriate English? I wouldn't go back to this establishment if they offered me money to sit down and eat... Pros: extremely friendly staff, service was beyond amazing! Endless food options, close to our hotel, rice and beans were... absolutely delicious! Cons: I didn't care for some of the meats, a bit pricey considering the limited hot sides offered. I wouldgo back, but i would just get the salad bar next time. Read more

If the people who serve at Estampa Gaucha are any indication of what Brazil is like, then that is a GREAT country!!!! Anyway,... the food was beyond magnificent!!! I was there yesterday, April 8th, celebrating my birthday (April 5th) and those men and womenwent above and beyond. The food??? WOW!!! They went out of their way to make all the meats just the way I requested, from typeto how it was cooked, to how it was cut. Even the salad bar was good and that's not even their speciality. The worst part aboutthe experience was the ranch dressing...Thats it. (And they'll probably correct that and make the restaurant perfect... Oh, bythe way, if you don't try the grilled pineapple...You had better have allergies, otherwise, you don't have good sense.???? Thisplace was GREAT By the way, I saw a person complain about them not offering iced tea. ???? While you're entitled to youropinion, IT'S BRAZILIAN STEAKHOUSE. I had to think long and hard about giving this review. My husband and I went here for my birthday. There is two parts of this... service that needs to be considered. When we were sat we were asked if we wanted water. They brought a bottle of water. We endedup using 2 bottles of water which cost about $14. We do not drink any form of alcohol which we stated once when we were giventhe wine menu. Not much longer a male worker came by with a car full of alcohol. We told him we don't drink alcohol and he askedif we maybe wanted tequila. At this point we had to repeat ourselves three times about it. The guy didn't seem very happy aboutthat. After we ran through our water we were offered a two different types of coffee and we declined one but they brought bot.Since they brought them to the table we had to pay for a drink that we didn't even want or order. Now the second part of thisreview is all about the food and the people bringing the meat out. All the meat was amazing. The salad bar had tons to choosefrom.
