Food was great and we got good service but it took a long time for us to get out of there when we done eating. My card was out... of my possession for over 5 minutes which I was a little uncomfortable with. The manager spoke to a larger table and ignored us.Other than a few hospitality issues, we had a great time. Read more

Kelly gave us exceptional service. Two of us modified the chicken pasta with goat cheese, and one also substituted steak for the... chicken. The sirloin was perfectly cooked, as was the burger. This review is for Firebirds restaurant which is located just inside the northlake Mall in North Carolina. We were quickly... greeted by a mast hostess who status in a booth which is what we requested and given menus promptly. Although I don't know thename of our server she was absolutely fantastic polite and very professional took our drink water right away and then came backto explain the daily specials and asked us if there was anything that we needed and gave us a few minutes to look over themenus. I ordered nachos with lobster queso and spinach came out very quickly and was absolutely hot fresh and delicious. Ipersonally ordered a Caesar salad and requested extra croutons and paid additional for a piece of grilled sliced Chicken on topand we also ordered a cheeseburger with french fries. All made new items came out relatively quickly as ordered fresh deliciouson clean plates everything was perfect our waitress I wish I knew her name because she checked on us often but not enough to beintrusive absolutely of the light. Only slight downside to any of this and not really a reflection on Firebirds is that themenu prices have definitely gone up for a Caesar salad two diet Cokes a cheeseburger french fries was approximately $58. Hailey our server was amazing. I caught her walking in from the parking lot and she immediately seated us in her section as we... requested even before clocking in . She wipes down our table and treated us so well. The food was Amazing loved the newadditions to the menu. I ate the snapper my daughter had the ribeye. Everything this evening was so perfect!!!!?
