My sub was good as it always has been from Firehouse Subs, but this location was incredibly slow even though there was hardly no... one else in the store. I don't live in the area and was only traveling through so I don't expect to be back to this location,but having to wait nearly half an hour for a sandwich with only two other people in the store seemed a bit much. I stopped going because they prioritize call-in orders ahead of walk-in orders. They usually have a lobby full of customers... holding a cup and a bag of chips but no sandwich. They only value call-in and online orders. Really a bummer. Read more
