I went to pick up food my wife ordered on the phone the 2 guys working there not knowing I was her husband called her a B***h. ... Terrible service I ordered pizza just now and it says in the tracker delivered and nothing has gotten here. And I been waiting... on the line 15 mins now. Never tip with card because that?s what I did and look how horrible the service turned out to be. Donot buy from this location your better off at other locations because if you like to get starved than this is the spot for you. Read more
I'm in town for the night and been calling around trying to find gluten free Wings in the person that answered the phone refused... to take the time to even look at the ingredients to see if they had gluten in it or not. I'm sure that they'll refuse to becautious with it too if I order it. Definitely not a place I would suggest for gluten-free need. Read more
I tried calling here immediately after placing an online order and the phone just rang for 20 minutes. Once I arrived, I saw... that they only had one person working and that's why the phone wasn't being answered. Never saw a delivery driver come in for apartial assist. (I truly felt bad for the one employee who was running the whole store, so I did tip her $5). I had to waitover an hour and a half to get my takeout order. If HH can't properly staff the store or give it's customers proper noticethat there will be an extended wait, they will never get my money again. $40 wasted.
