I ordered jack in the box through doordash. Usually i never have any issues but tonight was a huge issue! I ordered a breakfast... platter from jack in the box because they state they do breakfast 24/7. Why in the world did i get a burger, fries & a chickensandwich?! This is truly the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life and the food was absolutely disgusting. And that is what... little food we got. Even though I was allowed to order online and the restaurant advertised 24 hours I placed an order and whenI went to the drive-thru they tried to tell me they were closed. I explained that I placed an online order and they told me theydidn't have three quarters of what I ordered and tried to pass off a bunch of replacements that were cold and dried out likethey've been sitting for hours. I then asked them to cancel the order and refund the money and was told that they couldn't dothat and that I was out of luck. They also couldn't provide a drink carrier and I had one of the beverages spill all over theback of the vehicle. This has been the worst experience in my entire life and this place needs to be shut down. Read more

did an online order .. sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. got to the window and they were... rude and proceeded to tell us they were out of their drinks besides water pretty much. everyone asked for curly fries but weregiven regular ? wasn?t reimbursed any even tho they?re an extra charge.
