This is by far the best Jimmy Johns I've had, up and down, the East Coast. Their customer service is stellar - they always know... my sandwich and sometimes if I'm stuck on a work call or with my dog in the car, they will see me pull up and bring out mysandwich if they aren't busy. Visiting this store has become part of my weekly routine - thanks to everyone at this location whomake my visits pleasant! :) Read more

I had been sitting in my car at the emergency department while my husband was in the emergency. I had not had lunch so I saw the... Jimmy John?s across the street. The staff was VERY rude and unfriendly. I had to ask where the water, chips, cups, and lidswere.
