Got the harvest chicken salad sandwhich and tomatoe cucumber salad. I normally get this all the time at the S.Tryon location and... it is really good. This location was very dissappointing. They spread every bit of maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad on thebread and the salad had no italian dressing on it what so ever. I will never return to this location again. Wow! I am so impressed with McAlister's Deli and this location. I recently joined their rewards club and decided to try their... delivery service. It is outstanding!! Not only do I feel better about being able to order directly from them instead of therestaurant having to pay 20-30% to one of those price-gouging delivery services, it's also a faster delivery time, moreconvenient for me, and less expensive. Anyway, look at this pic!! It was all hot, and looked perfect, and tastedincredible!!! Fyi, I learned that they have a new " tea pass" for only $6.99. It's good for 30 days. I ordered it tonight andyour first beverage is included (normally $2.99). If you are a tea fanatic like me, it is so worth it! I usually get tea about3x/week. Read more

Eric, the general manager, was so helpful in helping make sure I received my food after my first uber eats driver assigned to... pick up my food stole my food and did not deliver it. He checked in with me multiple times and even threw in a free cookie! Iappreciate him so much! Read more

I went in the late evening (after 8pm) and it was practically a ghost town. I can't speak for the rest of the day. The staff... were amicable. The restroom (women's) needs a good scrub down. The food was good. I had the pick 2 (half McAllister club andshareable nachos $9.79 + tax) to go. The chili for the nachos was very tasty. I downloaded the app (ordered on app), createdan account and got a free McAllister's famous sweet tea. Although, I can't really agree or disagree with that statement. Yousee, I requested an Arnold Palmer most of which of the lemonade was on the bottom and the tea on the top. There was so much ice(floats to the top) in my cup it watered down the tea but when I got closer to the bottom and hit the lemonade...pay dirty,lemonade slamming??????. Next time I'll request little or no ice and stir it with a straw so that it's blended better. BonAppetit! Read more
