EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND FOOD! As a traveling man, I see a lot of different levels of service. This McDonald's is being run like... a well oiled machine. I was assisted thrift my order, to make sure that I got what I want. The line moved very quickly duringa 2am rush. I could see that the manager was completely involved and interacting. I like McDonald's, and I like this store, but just not at night. I have been there a number of times at night over the past few... months, and each time that I go the service takes forever. You will be in line for at least 15 minutes at a time when visitingat night. Other than that, there are no complaints at all with this store. It is in a great location right off of the road, andthe food is always hot. Definitely go there but be wary about the wait at night. Read more
The manager with the pink hair whose name I didn?t catch, awesome. She fixed our issue right away, but the cashier gave us such... an attitude. We ordered 2 of the 2 for 3.29s and were charged for triple cheeseburgers we did not order, and we were not evengiven the triple cheeseburgers they said we ordered. Decent McDonald?s everyone working hard food coming out quickly but one employee with purple hair was very rude and didn?t seem... to understand how to provide good customer service. She tried taking my order but didn?t really understand how to use theregister/computer and needed her manager to come and assist. Honestly that?s not really a big deal but when you keep leaving meat the register and working on other things when taking my order and not saying anything to me is very poor service. I asked ifI should use the self service register instead and she rudely replied ?Why what for? smh. I know these employees don?t get paidenough nor have decent benefits but please do better it lessons everyone else?s hard work there. Read more
