It has been a while since I've had actual Spanish food so decided to give this restaurant a try! Excellent food - tried the... octopus, mussels, and pork appetizers which were all delicious. For entrées, we tried the lamb special (which had chimichurrion it) and a corvina special, both of which were awesome. We also tried a wine recommended by our waiter which had a smoothtaste. Good Food and Good Service Saturday evening, early dinner. Two glasses of wine (slightly under-portioned and over priced) that... were very good. Empanadas for an appetizer were just okay, but the sauce served with them was excellent. Halibut special andChilean sea bass (excellent) were beautifully plated and very tasty. Halibut just a bit on the dry side. Coconut cake fordessert was very good. Our waiter was attentive, made frequent checks and was on top of his service points. Sophisticated, lively atmosphere for an adult clientele (vs. a place like Yunta in South End, which feels like it’s trying to... hard to be a scene for the 20-something crowd). My girlfriend and I made an impromptu visit, walking in at 5pm on a Friday. By6pm, the place was packed. The food was oh-so-delicious, the portions generous and the service timely and efficient. Diversedrink menu (we had wine). Tips: very good idea to make a reservation ahead of time. Come on a Thursday evening, when there islive music.
