We come here all the time, the staff is always very nice; but out server this time was Danny, he was phenomenal: very attentive,... funny, & friendly, our favorite server by far. The food was good as usual. Read more
Finally, a nice waitress. Fifteen years of off and on going here and hating it because food is always good but service has been... horrible. Until this time. I want to start this off by saying I love Olive Garden. Positive points: The food at this branch was delicious and our server... was very sweet. Negative points: This branch however was one of the worst we've ever come to for these reasons. When we arrived,we were told we needed to wait so we waited, and when it was time to get our table, the lady who led us there seemed to not haveany manners. She left the menus on the table in a pile and when we thanked her, she replied with a "mmhmm" as if we had justdone her a disservice. She didn't check if we were comfortable. I'm bringing this up because we have always been looked after bythe other staff at other Olive Garden's, and they've been courteous, so this behaviour was unexpected. The bathrooms were verybadly maintained - not flushed, doors that don't lock, and tissue paper on the floor. So yeah, not the best branch however wewill keep going to Olive Garden as this is the first time we've experienced this. Read more
Two things I can always count on when it comes to Olive Garden - the food is always good, and the bathrooms are always in need... of attention. I visited the bathroom before and after my meal. The puddle of urine under the urinal grew in the interim, andthe vinyl gloves left on the floor by someone from the kitchen were still there. Read more
