I have had several issues with this particular location. I do a lot of mobile orders and the first issue has been the wait. I?ve... had to wait long times for my order to be brought to me. I?ve dealt with things running out and replacements having to be donewhich I understand. What I don?t understand was my most recent experience. I decided to go in and pick up my order because Ifigured it would be quicker than waiting for them. When I went to grab my order it wasn?t there. I had to wait to find anemployee since I wasn?t acknowledged at all. They seemed confused and almost made me feel like I was in the wrong. They had toask other employees where my order was. When I told the employee my name again she responds ?oh we were out of Asiago that?s whyyour order isn?t there? we stared at each other for a minute and I proceeded to ask ?well okay can I get something else? shereplied ?yeah go the front and they will get it?. The cashier I had to deal with was a very sassy rude man. Seemed almostannoyed to have to assist me. I gave my selections and he put it in bag and was going to send me on my way. I asked for thecream cheese that I ordered which then he seemed even more annoyed that he had to go and retrieve that. On top of all of that Ihad to ask him for a knife. I don?t want to make assumptions but I?m getting a bagel and cream cheese, a knife would be helpful.Being annoyed with this whole experience I asked him is their anything they can offer for the inconvenience. He replies ?um no?in which I responded ?really?. He then hits me with ?and what would you like me to do?? In the most rude and snarky way. Igrabbed my stuff and just left. This is unacceptable. I know places are short staffed but hiring just anyone is going to hurtyour business. I do not ever want to deal with the rude people that were working that day ever again. Which is a shame because Iwork in the area and it was nice to have an option for lunch that used fresh ingredients. Shame on you Pane Read more

The customer service was really good. The tomatoes soup wasn't as good as it is at my local Alexandria, VA location. The soap... wasn't as cheesy or flavorful. Still good but not like the soup I crave. Read more

Literally the worst Panera we've ever been to lol they mess up so badly every single time. Drivethrough workers are so rude,... unhelpful and untrained. This location desperately needs a new manager/owner or entirely new staff. They're always out ofseveral main menu items by 2pm. Please get it together y'all, i love Panera, but every time i come here we have to get somethingfixed/somethings missing and leave so aggrivated. For $50 for a family of 4 it's just not worth it. They have healthy choices and the food is always good. It's pricey for fast food, but that's the trade off for higher quality.... The reason they are not getting higher stars has to do with the service. I ordered in the drive thru and was told to park incurbside and they would bring it out. After waiting 10 min. I went inside. Apparently they gave my order to someone else. I hadto wait for them to make my order again. I expected some compensation for my trouble, like a cookie or drink or something, butall I got was a mumbled "sorry about that". Read more

The staff are very helpful and polite and know the job that they're doing, you have a vast amount of food and drink to choose... from and the food is remarkable as well. Orders get prepared really nice and quick and all the items we had: the mac and cheese, tomato soup, mediterranean sandwich, warm bowls and the accompanying potato chips are unmistakably panera bread. One thing toknow is that, just like all panera breads, is that there is a limited amount of vegetarian options which is a bit disappointing. Read more
