I ordered a Frozen Caramel Cold Brew, which is what I normally get. It looked darker than usual- it was a chocolate mocha, which... I cannot drink due to stomach issues with mocha drinks specifically. Sadly, per the other comments and reviews, I would have toagree that this location is not one to go to. Disgusting.... My husband is a Veteran. This weekend was my 2nd time visiting Charlotte, NC. Today is sad for many, and Panera Bread made this... an even more sad experience. I've had dozens of meetings at Panera, sometimes I ordered & sometimes I didn't. Oftentimes thiswas based on ???? Vegan options available. At this location, you MAY NOT visit friends/biz associates here unless making apurchase. You CANNOT use the restroom WITHOUT A CODE. Also, if your time extends beyond 1.5 hours, you MUST purchase somethingelse to stay another 1.5 hours. I spoke to manager for an explanation of these procedures and she was nice about it.
