I ordered online (there was no mention of the wait time when I was ordering) and then was informed about 20 minutes later my... pizza was ready. I went there to pick it up and waited 45-60 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally arrived at the windowafter 10pm I was told my pizza wouldn't be ready for "another 2 hours". (Which would be after they closed) I have NEVER beenable to get my refund for food ordered but never produced. I understand being slammed and not being able to deliver oncustomers' orders but when I worked in food service, I was always honest about what I could honestly and realistically deliverwhen we were really busy. I would much rather they be honest about what kind of service they could realistically deliver givendemand that night and be upfront about it instead of giving my family false hopes of a tasty pizza and settling for somethingelse at home. They only get 1/5 stars because they made a couple pizzas correctly before. Papa John's still owes me a refund andI will never order from Papa John's again until they do. Read more

Do not waste your money. I ordered the pick up service. I arrived as soon as the app notified me my order was ready. I get there... the pizza was not ready. So instead of preparing my order, the manager hands me an ice cold pizza and the wrong order. Heproceeded to tell me it just came out of the oven as if I where born yesterday. After I informed him that it was the wrong orderas well as ice cold he stated he would issue a refund. Needless to say I never received my refund. Literally you will throw yourmoney away here. I am very disappointed! So sad a business will take your money like this especially when people are strugglingwith inflation. Ridiculous! Papa John's should close this location. Worst location. I could hear them being verbally aggressive with my delivery driver which was appalling. They also didn?t have... any of my toppings or sides. I didn?t know that they didn?t have what I ordered until my order already went through and wasfully paid. No one tried to rectify or help and no one answered their phone. Truly awful. Read more

This location is horrible. It should be shut down. The employees have no work ethic and the customer service sucks. Employees... here are very rude when factually we pay your salaries and hourly wages. Waited in line for about 30 minutes on my online orderthat was supposed to be ready. Not to mention the car that was in front of me waiting for about 15 minutes before they pulledoff or the many cars waiting behind me only to be ignored. This was the worst service I have ever received from papa johns ????? don't waste your time or money. Read more
