2 hours and cancelled delivery - *still got charged*. Another time they *folded the pizza in half* and delivered in one of those... Papadias boxes. Consistently bad experiences makes this not even a backup option anymore; go elsewhere this place's managementshould be replaced. Read more
It's really clean and busy, the lady was a but short with me but at the same time they were swamped and the customers were rude... at least some were in the few minutes I was in there. This is by far the worst papa johns in Charlotte!!!! The pizza had barely any cheese two slices had no cheese, sauce or any... toppings. I almost had to physically threaten the manager for them to remake my order. Even then I got about the same results.Im not sure if it?s management skimming ingredients or what but they should be fined and shut down. I?ll never order from thatlocation again.
