My experience here has been consistently awful. The place is almost always dirty and understaffed. I've repeatedly witnessed... several violations and most recently I noticed that they did not display the sanitation grade certificate on the walls. Once Ivisited and one of the workers was literally smoking a cigarette at the cash register, no joke, no exaggeration. Most of thetimes I've visited the machinery was also grimy and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. TLDR: don't waste your time or money here. I don't know who the franchise owner is, but they need to step in and fix all of... their locations. The person taking the order over the phone is always rude and seemingly bothered by the fact that they aredoing their job. The prices are not competitive. You have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time for anyone to answer thephone. Customer service is completely non-existent. The pizza is seldom hot when you get it. Overall, Pizza Hut has steadilydeclined in every conceivable area over the last 10 years. Don't take my word for it. Feel free to try on your own. This was horrible. Two employees, with one making all the pizzas and his coworker on the phone. Eight patrons in the lobby, and... nobody's orders were ready. When it was finally my turn after waiting 15 minutes, I was informed my pizzas hadn't even beenstarted yet. Mind this was 25 minutes after promised delivery. Canceled order and walked away. The Pizza Hut location at Prosperity-Charlotte I ordered from has always baked my pizza late. They will either 'loose' my... order. or give it to someone else. I selected to pay cash. There's nothing worse to prepay for food to learn its given tosomeone else. Pizza Hut sends you an email telling you when to pick up. They are never ready by their advertised time. I went30 mins later than the emailed time (never got a READY confirmation). Well, of course they didn't have my pizzas When I gotthere. They handed them over to someone else. I obviously told the cahier -?manager? I would not pay. She replied "sorry, thepizzas did get made, but someone else got 'em" How does that matter to me that the pizza did get baked ? Just moved to the area and ordered delivery from Prosperity Road PHut. The thin and crispy crust pizza arrived hot and the crust... was crispy like it was right from the oven. Toppings were all tasty and good portions. The dry rub wings were hot, crispy andwell seasoned. I ordered online so my only contact was the hand off from the driver - nice guy. Read more
