After reading some reviews I was unsure however once I placed my online order & arrived for pick up I knew all was good the... gentlemen @ the counter told me my pizza's were coming right out & processed my payment by the time I put my card back inwallet he was handing my perfect cooked thin crust Pie's. I usually don?t have high expectations for chain restaurants, but this Pizza Hut managed to sink below even that. I placed an... order late at night, but over 30 minutes before they close. They still took the order, so I thought everything was okay. I gotan estimated time of delivery, the message updates even said it was in the oven?then nothing. I found it strange there were nofurther updates, and checked my app, email, and texts from the driver to make sure it didn?t get cancelled. I had to check mybank account and see they reversed my money after they said they put it in the oven. If they would?ve just communicated thatthey couldn?t do anymore deliveries that night, I would?ve understood. It?s weird to cancel an order and not even give a simplenotification. I ordered from the Pizza Hut on 5304 Sunset Ave in Charlotte, NC for dinner on 12/8. I ordered the big box dinner which came... with two one topping pizzas, cheese bread, and a eight piece boneless wings. When my dinner was delivered, i didnt have thewings and they had given me two personal pan meat lovers pizzas instead. The pizzas were burnt also. I called the store andinformed them of the mistake that was made with the wings that i never received and the two extra pizzas that i never ordered. The manager on duty gave me her number and had me send her pictures which i did and she stated that she was going to fix theorder and have it sent back out and also refund me $20 of my purchase. Neither of the two happened. I texted her the followingday to inform them that i never received the order and she stated that she fixed the order herself and the delivery guy had itout. We ll hes a theft and i never received my dinner the correct way. I really upset about the issue and although i neverreceived the meal, i waited until today to see if my credit card had been refunded and it hasnt! The 1st thing would be to NOT burn my pizza! If I had noticed when I checked in my car I would have went back in the store but... it was nighttime and dark and I was just trying to see if the toppings were correct. When I got home I could see that half thepizza was burned. I was supposedly refunded for the cheesesticks I ordered that were non existent when I got there to pick up,but it was still annoying that it was listed as available when it actually was not. And of course the pizza was verydisappointing. Edit to add: The person that responded to me below asked for some info which I gave to them and I still haven'theard anything back. As a traveler, I get to eat at a lot of different places. As Pizza Huts go, the food here has been better than average and... service times are always quicker than I expect. The manager seems very motivated, but I rarely get a happy vibe from the counterstaff. I haven't tried the delivery yet, but fast service and great food certainly recommend it.
