2022 and this store is still having to use Doordash..this has been a problem for years at this location. and they?re using... doordash when you order through their website! their customer service is so bad no one wants to work there and be a deliverydriver but i can?t blame them. They don?t pick up the phone ever but atleast they?ve resorted to doordash because they used tojust literally NOT COME..not call and tell you there?s no drivers or if they would they?ll expect you to come get it as if youdidn?t order delivery for a reason. If I could give zero stars I would.... I ordered 2 pizzas around 11AM on 9/27/2022 and got a notification around 12PM saying... that my order was delivered, after sitting on hold after 30 mins inquiry about my pizzas I went to the store only to find outthere was only 1 employee and the store was closed. The employee refused to help me or refund our money so we end up going to adifferent location and reordering our pizzas. Now it is 6 pm I receive a phone call from Eunice asking if I still wanted mypizzas with no apologies or explanation of what happened. I usually order at the this Milton Road location with no problems but today September 20,2022 I ordered online a delivery order... that was supposed to arrive at my home at 5:55pm I waited until 6:15pm and called to inquire why it had not arrived yet. I wasleft on hold for about 15 minutes while on hold I drove down to the location. While pulling into the parking lot a femaleanswered and said your pizza is on the way. I asked what my name was and she put me back on hold. I went inside and spoke withEunice the manager. She said i spoke with her on the phone then she said someone took the pizza. I politely asked for my moneyback she.put it back on my card and when I asked when it will be back on my card she said 3 to 5 business days. I have workedfor a bank they have full control over putting your money back on your card. I wouldn't have had an issue if she would have justbeen honest and said we messed up your order can we remake it for you. I will definitely not be coming back to thisestablishment ever again. I ordered one large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and some wings my order was not correct I called the store to speak to a... manager and explained to her that they brought me the wrong food she asked me if I could come in and get correct food told herno that?s why I did delivery she said she can give me a credit for my food no that will not work Neither I would like my moneyback she told me I would have to come in for that I asked her why I just want my money back refund me back to the card I usedand she hung up on me I am very very upset I would like my money back never ordering from them ever again so unprofessional!Wish I could give them 0 stars Read more

Pizza claimed it was in the oven for like an hour in the tracker, and when a half hour late for arriving the store is completely... unreachable. Been on hold forever when the pizza is late, driving to the store seems to be the only option. The hold messagesays they're hiring for every position as if literally no one works there at all.
