Came to Northlake Mall Charlotte Sbarro at 7:20 pm and they said they are not making anymore whole pies. And all the slices left... are extremely old looking. If it was my business I would be making whole pies till closing. Money is business. These lazy andrude employees are ridiculous. How can you have them running this place. Read more
Unprofessional and lazy staff. Poor customer service. I ordered online and they didn?t even notice the order until I pulled up... to the store to pick it up. I had to tell them about the order before the looked it up on their tablet. And when I brought theissue up, the guy there literally canceled my order, what a disrespectful man!! Needs to be fired!! Couldn't get in. Too difficult for 2 infirmed people to get in. Didn't know where to park. Not enough signage.
A whole pizza with up to 5 toppings for only $14!! (Jan 12, 2019) Instead of getting three slices, we just got a whole pizza,... awesome. So be sure to use all 5 options, they do NOT pile on their toppings. Read more
