It was terrible. At first it seemed like everyone was busy or didn?t seem to notice me. So I rang the doorbell. When the young... lady finished with the customer in drive thru she walked towards the pick- up window (where I was waiting), then turned aroundto walk back to the drive thru window. Of course she forgot to close it! So, she finally arrived to me. She didn?t greet me,even though I was waiting in 80 degree weather for a smoothie. She asked, am I placing a order. I replied, ?that?s what I?mdoing. She responds, ?we?ll be with you in a moment, okay?? I politely declined. I despise experiences like these. Guest shouldbe treated as guest.
