Door was locked and employees were in the car smoking when we pulled up. After they went back in an opened the doors they were... rude and unprofessional, out of uniform, and the place is dirty.. Went to the Albemarle Subway to pick up an online order. The door was locked, but I had already ordered online and paid. I see... two employees at the counter and one is making a sandwich, so I call and say that I?m there to pick up an order. First they tellme that they can?t find my order, then she tells me that they are out of turkey. I tell her I already paid for it online so I?lljust take something else. Then she tells me that they are closed. I ask to speak to a manager and he comes from the back andtells me that they are closed due to an employee shortage, which is odd considering I can see there are 3 employees working inthe store. Never open on time and close the restaurant whenever they feel like it. If you are supposed to be open at 9am then why is an... employee waving at me not to enter for another 5 minutes when it?s already 9:30.
