**employee highlight for manager/management- very impressive customer service. Hard to find now a days. **I stopped in to the... store tonight to grab some water for me and my pup as we were talking a long walk down south boulevard. I didn?t order anything,simply just wanted some water, and even in the middle of what seemed to be a very SWAMPED & understaffed night, the gentlemanmaking the pizzas, (I didn?t catch his name - REALLY wish I had) went above and beyond to make time and help me. Things werevery busy and he accidentally spilled some water & fell trying to rush and accommodate me & do all the other things we was doing&& even still, after he fell, he was one of the most kind & courteous people I?ve met in customer service in a long time. Idon?t know that I could?ve kept my composure as well as he did tonight. I have never ate at this toppers pizza before, butbecause of this kind gentleman I will most definitely be back, and will be loyal to this location specifically because of him. Ilook forward to purchasing pizzas & tipping generously at this location in the near future! I didn?t get the gentleman?s name,but I am hoping management see?s this review and can figure out who this employee is. There were only 2 men working at thislocation when I went in. It was around 9pm on Thursday night, 9/29/22. The man that helped seemed to be the one in charge -making pizzas, boxing pizzas, answering the phones, cashier, etc. he was older than the other gentleman. I hope this employeegets the praise & maybe even a raise that he most definitely deserves. Had the Chipotle citrus boneless wings and a chicken bacon ranch pizza with the cheese maker blend and everything was fantastic!... So it's very pleased to have a smaller restaurant as compared to the big chains as I love supporting small business. Service was great and the pizzas were really good. We tried the bbq chicken and classic toppers pizzas. I would've preferred if... the crust was seasoned or if I had some garlic butter sauce because it was a little dry. The garlic parmesan and mild buffaloboneless wings at two for $7.99 were a waste of money. The portion and sauce were lacking. Both looked a little undercooked sowe popped them in the oven before eating (took pics after). We would not order the boneless wings again. At almost $20 perpizza, this wouldn't be a regular stop for us but we did have some community coupons for bogo pizzas. Read more
