Food is not good, Clean Eatz is a much better option for both fresh and frozen meals
Upfresh Locust has been a go to of mine for healthy, easy meal preps so I was very happy to see this location open up closer to... me! Other meal prep places have watery, bland food. Upfresh is delicious and well seasoned every time! The ladies were supersweet when I came to pick my meals up too. Will be returning! Read more

I went for the prepared frozen meals, and I was pretty much okay with it. I will say that I think the meals taste just a little... better than Clean Eatz, but UpFresh has maybe 1/4 of the selection. So with UpFresh, you?re gonna repeat meals kind of a lot.And it?s more expensive than Clean Eatz as well. Overall it?s a fine option. Read more
