My husband and I were in town for our wedding and stayed here the two nights before our wedding day. After the end of a long day... of driving from the Midwest and finalizing details for our wedding, we go to get into bed and the sheets had BLOOD on them.Like, several splotches. How did housekeeping not see that when they made the bed that morning?! It was disgusting and the lastthing we wanted to see as we were preparing to call it a day. We called the front desk and they sent someone up to change thesheets, but they didn?t seem to think that finding blood on our sheets was that big of an issue. The front desk staff wasfriendly enough during my other interactions with them. The housekeeper was pretty unprofessional. I will say the location isreally great. Overall, not worth the cost we paid for the room and I would not consider this a four star hotel. Read more

I had high hopes as I?ve stayed in other Graduate brand properties with fabulous service. Unfortunately this seemed to be a... rundown hotel they bought and converted but have only done ?lipstick? touches rather than the deep renovations it desperatelyneeds. I checked in and checked back out within 3 hours, at the urging of friends and family, as I was getting seriously illfrom what I assume was the air conditioning or possible mold (swollen eyes, congestion, body aches, etc that all resolved within20 min of leaving the property) and for loose door locks which was not great as a solo female traveler. management promised tocontact me and even after my attempts to follow up I have heard nothing. My credit card certainly saw the charge though. Pass ona stay for now but visit the lobby and trophy room on a quick visit instead to take in the aesthetics. Read more

We booked 2 rooms, the hotel confirmed it, yet when we arrived at the hotel, they said that "unfortunately we don't have any... rooms available for you". More than 15 people experiencing the same awful situation at the lobby, and we all had to wait forhours as there was only one attendant at the front desk. We were traveling with children and did not have rooms at another hoteluntil 11 pm. We have no words to describe the lack of respect we experienced. What's the point of accepting reservations andpayment if the hotel can not hold the rooms? Never going back! Read more

Positive: Great location. The decor of the rooms was eclectic with vintage pictures and retro furniture, kind of fun but may not... be everyone's cup of tea. Negative: $18/might parking charge but perhaps understandable given it is right near VU and parkingaround any major university is always a problem. Read more

Great staff, particularly Matthew and Patrick. Hotel has a great rooftop. However, rooms are tired and could do with thicker... doors and walls (for better soundproofing). The third floor is also in front of the parking lot and some of my family reportedhaving headlights flash into their room into the early hours. The property needs investment to match the calibre of careprovided by the staff and to justify the prices. Read more
