I'm sitting here trying to enjoy a breakfast but there's 2 kids running around being loud screaming. They are a employees kids... and one had skates on and was banging it on my guest chair. We stood in line to get in her for 10 minutes before we got sat whenthere was no line and many empty tables. This place is disgusting. The hostess seated patrons without any menus or silverware, then we waited for 20 minutes for someone... to even take our drink orders. We could over hear the server yelling at the hostess about why the seated us and that she was fartoo busy. We felt very uncomfortable. The floor is covered in garbage and the booth was sticky from syrup. It looked as if someof the servers had brought their children in to work with them and were not tending to their tables. Our food was brought out bysomeone who had dirty, three inch long fingernails that were touching the food on the plate and it just grossed us out. Theorder was wrong and food was not of good quality. We contemplated walking out many times, but were in a hurry. Employees arehollering swear words at each other from across the restaurant and we waited 45 minutes to receive our check after we had eaten.We will NEVER eat at this ihop ever again. Read more
I only give 3 stars because the chocolate milk could?ve been more chocolatey? I guess, ain?t a big deal tho. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. On Sunday I put in an order online at 10:15am. It gave me a pick up time of 11:15am... for curbside. I arrived and parked at 11:00 and informed them I was there. At 11:20 I went in. No one was at the front. Therewere 3 waitresses visible in the dining room and 7 tables seated. There was, what appeared to be, 3-4 groups waiting to beseated. After 5 minutes, one of the waitresses came up and asked if I needed to be added to the list. I explained that I wasthere for my curbside order. She went back to the kitchen and brought me out a bag. When I looked at the top item (through theplastic top) it did not appear to be anything I ordered. I looked at the ticket stapled to the bag and it wasn't my name. Ittook another couple minutes to get a waitress back and tell them that it wasn't mine. They took it back to the kitchen and cameout saying there was not another order ready. I waited 15 more minutes and asked if I could get an ETA. They went back to thekitchen and asked where they said it would be at least 5-10 minutes more. By this time, another group had been seated andserved. I tell them to cancel my order and leave. Now it's Thursday...my order wasn't canceled. They charged me for the meal. Ihave tried to call the store, but it rings 5 times and then tells me the line is busy. I have emailed and called customerservice with no response. I am livid! Absolutely horrendous. I ordered a classic burger and a side of toast. They somehow failed to cook either item. The ?buttered... toast? was just slightly greasy white bread that hadn?t been toasted at all and the burger was completely raw inside. Whichtells me they are either using an extremely dirty stove to fry their burgers or cooking them on too high a beat - because theoutside looked nearly burned while the inside was just a handful of raw ground beef. And I don?t mean pretty rare, I meancompletely raw. I?ve just accepted that this IHOP will never be good ever again and wrote it off. They have no standards and thestaff don?t care. Read more
