Dined in today for a lunch meeting and was highly disappointed. First of all our manager called to place the 3 orders ahead of... time and was hung up on by employee (later found out it was Autumn). Then when we arrived, we placed our orders, our managerexplained what had happened on the phone to the two servers present. Autumn admitted she hung the phone up because ?it was loudand crackling noise.? Other server took our order. My wings came looking like only half of them were sauced. I explained toserver so went back to the kitchen to address the issue. Autumn then came to the table with cold sauce and an attitude and madesmart unprofessional comment and left shaking her head. My suggestions for the owner, 1. train Autumn first on how to answerthe phone to take orders; 2. how to provide feedback to customers and 3. finally if she is having a bad day, offer her atime-out! I will not patronize or recommend a business with bad customer service! Read more
We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone ever asked if we had been waited on. The we ordered 2 teas and she brought a tea and a... water. We sat there another 10 minutes and still no one had taken our order. We got up and left. The girl said as we wereleaving she was the only bartender but there were at least 4 other people behind the bar get drinks. The inside wasn?t even 1/2full. This is the 3rd time we have been there and we have terrible service or lack there of every time!!!! Never again!! Read more
Previous reviews are correct. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. My family and I... came in after a long day on the river for something quick and cheap. We got our drinks and appetizers and then our servercompletely disappeared. Finally got the attention from a sever with blue/green hair and was told she was busy and would be rightback to help us. She proceeded to sit down at another table with a guy and then grabbed her bag and left for the day without acare in the world about serving us or letting us know she was leaving. We informed the manager about the horrible service and itwas obvious she could care less about our bad experience. Not only was the service horrible, but the floors were sticky, tablewas dirty, and our server was greasy and had hickies all over her neck. This place is faul. Will never return. Read more
Lazy parrot is usually a great lunch however, within the past 2 months it has been a terrible experience. The lack of... professionalism is unacceptable. Today, we ordered 10 wings and fries which is normal. Not only did all drums come (a bit undercooked and slimy), but the fries were dumped from the bottom of the baskets (crumbs). When asked why flats were not included thestaff replied with no empathy and lack of support and the reply was it?s already sorted out. This doesn?t make any sense becauseyou can request all of flats, get accommodated with an up charge. If you?re going to pre sort them, do half and half, simple.Disappointed and likely will not return. Do better! Read more
